1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and clearance products are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Email us at support@shopabiraa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost.

4. Refunds

  • You’ll be notified via email once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
